Assisted managing the New York Federal Contract (FPS). 6/2014 – 9/2015

Contract consisted of 250+ armed guards/ 11,000 Hours, assigned to Federal Facilities in New York City. Areas of responsibility included 26 Federal Plaza, 290 Broadway and all Internal Revenue Service and Social Security Offices in New York.

Manage the security/loss prevention at the distribution center (DC) for Barneys New York, a high- end department store. The DC is the distributor of all items sold throughout the United States. In 2012 almost $1 billion in merchandise entered and left the DC. Initiate/conduct investigations of Shrink (Loss/Theft) in cooperation with stores throughout the USA. Provide leadership/subject matter expertise and motivation to assigned employees during investigations; provide overall supervision including performance evaluations, discipline, scheduling and payroll. Utilized company software: Citrix, Valiant/Vision. Supervise in multi-store setting with full participation; successfully overcame staff shrinkage issues, met all goals.
