*”ZERO Liquid Discharge” from Outlets of Steel Plant maintained as per Govt. Norms by implementing water conservation program by monitoring and controlling water flow at various process water inlet points to stop water wastage and also by installing, operating and maintaining recycling PH (and necessary water treatment to maintain quality norms) at various process return water outlets and pumped back into plant re-circulating system and reused.
*Conducted “Water Audit” by CII-Tirveni water Institution to reaffirm “maintaining of stipulated norms” and for further improvements.
* NDT & Hydrostatic Pressure Testing of Water Pipe Lines: NDT-Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement of Working Water Pipeline Network ( varying from dia 300 mm to 1200 mm) inside the pump houses as well as in underground tunnels spread all over the plant and repaired / replaced as per requirement and Hydrostatic Pressure Testing of Water Pipe Lines, Valves, Pressure Vessels are done ad per requirement.
