Finance Controller / Project Controller for the C2C Vertical of two states namely Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Day to Day Project Accounting (COGS/Direct/Indirect) of All the Project of Suzlon in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

CAPEX / COGS & OPEX Budgeting and budget controlling, Zero Based Budgeting.

Monthly MIS which includes P & L (Site wise separately and Common for the state), Investment Memorandum, Site Wise Profitability & Activity wise Costing, with Variance Analysis, Contribution Margin tracker whereby we provide actuals YTD and forecasted costing till the completion of the specific project & EBIDTA for each and every project.

Monthly (& as and when required) Review Meetings with State Head, Operation Heads, Project Managers & Supply Chain Management to enable them to understand the project viability in terms of Contribution Margin as against what was budgeted / forecasted, risk assessment in execution & reporting to higher level in the management for its quick action and project milestone to complete which can generate cash inflow.

Controlling un-budgeted exp. and reporting to Central controlling team for their consideration in the next year’s budget.
