JOB RESPONSIBILITY

HR Generalist

Recruitment – Sourcing and selecting the candidates with various sources and Conducting HR interview and finalizing the job offer and compensation.

Employee Life Cycle Management- Managing the entire employee life cycle management process including Onboarding, Confirmation, Separations etc.,

Performance Appraisal- Ensuring the annual performance reviews are completed and documented for all the employees in a timely manner.

Training- Preparing Training calendar, conducting/organizing internal and external trainings, analyzing training feedback systematically. Ensuring that staff training and development measures are in place for career support.

Communication- Managing various official communications to the employees as and when required

Attendance- Monitor the upkeep of attendance system, leave system and HRMS and escalate any concerns to the respective managers.

Payroll- Verifying and uploading branch attendance in HRMS with various deductions and allowances as per the categories. Analyzing the salary file and variance file with appropriate reasons.

HRMS – Updating and maintaining employees data in HRMS

Employee Engagement- Organizing employee engagement activities; picnics, sports, birthday celebrations, etc.

Grievance handling- Ensuring resolution of employees issues and grievances at the earliest

Reporting- Providing various HR related reports to the management in a timely manner

Discipline- Overseeing general discipline and adherence to company rules and policy

Exit interview - Conducting Exit interview.

Policies- Developing and implementing company HR policies, rules and regulations

Internal and external audits – Attending internal audits and external audits like ISO and customers and track findings to closure and also provide enhancement/work flow changes in processes thereon as applicable.

General Admin & Operations

Lees and Rental agreement - processing new and renewal of Lees and Rental agreement for branch offices.

Money Insurance – processing new/renewal of money insurance and insurance claims settlement.

PA and Medical Insurance - Taking care of PA and Medical Insurance and claims settlement for employees.

Issuing Risk mitigation instructions to Branch Managers

Telephone bills - Administration of Telephones Bills
