I am submitting my resume for your review. Currently I am a Default Accounting Specialist for which duties include GSE, FHLMC and FNMA chargeoffs, client requested changes, balance removals, wire tracking, unprocessable and unadvised cash processing, zero UPB reports, department task tracking, issue/complaint research & resolution, manual pay invoicing and developing charge off letters for the Default Accounting area, participating in process improvement and new client process and procedure developments. My prior position was a Default Compliance Administrator for Cenlar FSB, a private bank, servicing mortgage loans. My duties include preparing FHA, FannieMae, FHLMC and Conventional foreclosures, HUD reporting, compliance overview and compilation for reporting to state banking websites. My responsibilities also included insuring that First Legal guidelines were met for FHA loans. Also, I developed a liaison relationship with the HUD representatives in the areas of EVARS reporting and Indian Home Loans servicing and compliance. Prior to working at Cenlar FSB, I assisted the chief financial officer and controller at WolfBlock LLP law firm in the Finance Department. Subsequently, I have worked in a variety of temporary assignments as my resume will reflect. As you will see from the resume information, I have set up and managed three businesses. My salary requirements are within the posted range and/or are negotiable.

In my prior employment at WolfBlock LLP law firm, one of my responsibilities was as the in-house administrator for the firm’s Fidelity 401k plan. Additionally, I was responsible for the rents, taxes, insurance and operating expenses for ten locations. Other duties included transcribing various types of information, including correspondence, memoranda, reports and recommendations, which may include personnel matters of a confidential nature; composing routine correspondence, such as form letters or standard replies to inquiries; screening confidential material for release to the public or authorized persons/agencies; scheduling meetings and attendance at conferences; managing the schedule and travel arrangements of the CFO and other supporting personnel.

The duties include GSE, FHLMC and FNMA chargeoffs, client requested changes, balance removals, wire tracking, task tracking, DFA paid in full loan reports, manual pay invoicing and monitoring the Default Accounting department’s email Inbox for assigning tasks and requests. The department functions on a timeline of one business day for responses. Response to Internal Audit department requests requiring research or assignment to the appropriate area. During my taking over this task we were complimented for the fastest response to all inquiries and requests throughout the company. My responsibilities also included insuring that First Legal guidelines were met for FHA loans.
