To whom it may concern,
I’m writing this letter in recommendation of Mitch Holt. I have known Mitch for 23 years as a friend, colleague, and as the best employee a man could ask for. Mitch has always handled everything asked of him with the utmost of integrity and respect. He maintains very high standards for himself both personally as well as professionally. Mitch is exceptionally skilled in the areas of organization and people skills.
Mitch is the kind of man you could trust with your family, your business, and your money which I have done. As a matter of fact, Mitch is the first guy I call when I’m in need of security work bar none. He is personally requested from venue owners all the time. Mitch is loyal to the core and as honest as the day is long.
I would recommend Mitch for any position anywhere doing almost anything. You simply will not find a more resourceful person on this planet. Mitch will make a fabulous addition to any program or position. No doubt about it, you don’t want to pass him up.
Sincerely,
Doug Routh

To whom it may concern;
I've known Mitchell Holt, whom I call ("Mitch"), for approximately 17 years now. Mitch Holt worked directly under me for several years. I supervised him in his duties as a Motor Carrier Enforcement Officer (MCEO) in Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Transportation Division and also did his PMP's (Evaluations) and filled out his work schedule along with many other State Officers.
Mitchell Holt was a officer I could always count on. . A hard worker and volunteered for anything or any hours of work on the work shifts. If someone needed off and I needed someone to fill in he always stood up and took the duty. He was always on time and a dedicated worker regardless if it was a fixed site location or on the road as a patrolling officer.
One thing I could always count on was Mitch doing his job without having to look over his shoulder or correct him. He is very good with the public and always the one I noticed that stood out to help anyone. If I told Mitch to do anything at all he never once questioned or complained. He simply said "Ok, no problem" and did it. He as an officer for the State dealt with many situations that could have went bad but he always was aware and resolved issues immediately.
He is one person I always trusted, and still would do so to this very day, to cover my back in a dangerous situation (and he has done so for me). I would literally put my life in that mans hands and if a situation went down that I was fearful of grave bodily harm I would want Mitch Holt covering my back right there right then.
He multitasked good and reported any problematic situations prompt. His reports were always spot on with me. I have never seen him get angry with anyone and was a joy to work with and serve with. If I said "Mitch do this or Mitch do that" he did it right then. He fixed problems and fixed them properly and right.
He was a well loved and respected co-worker of many other officers and I am very proud to have served with such a person. I have the upmost respect for him and would highly recommend Mitchell Holt for any job or any position anywhere because I've witnessed his integrity, loyalty and caring for others for many years. I miss working with him tremendously as does many of the younger officers because they looked up to Mitch and respected him. He was a good mentor to many of them.
To me personally this man is a solid individual and a loving father & husband. Always thinking of others and how he could help them or benefit them. It was never of himself it was always about the other person regardless if it was work related or his personal life.
I submit this reference without any reserve and I lie to no man about how I feel about Mitchell Holt. As I said previously I would literally put my life in this mans hands because I know for a fact he would take the challenge and accomplish the mission. So yes, I would definitely give Mitchell Holt a positive work reference because I know he is a honest, trustworthy, caring, helpful, disciplined, experienced, hard working person. Thank you very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Billy Bob Brown
