Review production requirements for assigned department(s) to ensure that customer requirements are being scheduled and that department(s) have 100% schedule attainment. This also includes ensuring sufficient manpower, materials, and mechanical requirements are available to meet the departmental needs.

On-going problem solving to ensure a smooth two shift operation within the paint shop. Troubleshoot major and minor issues to direct solutions for department(s). Fanuc Robotics Automation (certified). Launched the installation of new robots recently installed to perform and achieve interior film specifications, and daily paint throughput.

Launched a weekly or bi-weekly TPM process to maintain the functionality of the equipment to minimize break downs, defect outflow, and maximize STR throughput to achieve daily goals.

Launched an annual TPM schedule to forecast the budget for the fiscal year to control cost.

Behr paint system Estaworks (certified). Adjust fluids and presets in the bell zone to achieve film build goals set by the company design specifications on the exterior.

Data Programming (teach pendant). Aid Eng. in programming new models and verifying programs for production without fail.
