Stepped up to develop a comprehensive controlling process framework for the five-phase project, encompassing criteria for project management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, human resources, communication, risk management, and procurement & contracts. This criterion extends to construction at the mine as well as rail operations.

• Leads a team of nine direct reports across each of the key areas of project controls, allocating work, coaching and mentoring, and effectively managing the team and resources to ensure project success.
• Provided insight bid evaluation, reviewing vendor proposals and evaluating risk before making recommendations for contract award.
