Project and Quality Control Manager, SeaQuest Interactive Aquariums National office, December 2016-May 2018. National Husbandry and Marine Director. Oversaw design, development and construction of new Aquariums. Reported to CEO as SeaQuest liaison for construction of new aquariums to ensure they were completed on time and 100% operational. Responsible for 7 GM’s, 280 employees and 9 divisions. Key Successes of Note:

• Identified, Purchased and Developed project management software to ensure all tasks were tracked and completed for 5 construction sites simultaneously.

• Architectural concept drawings for all new Aquariums, proceeded through architectural, MEP and city submission of plans to city permitting and zoning office.

• Wrote aquarium full operations purchase list and established budgets for construction and start up

• Responsible for all life support design for Marine, Mammal, Bird and Reptile exhibits. Specialized in pumps, plumbing and filtration for Marine systems. Hired and trained teams for each division to take over and succeed.

• Wrote Standard Operating procedures (SOP) for all husbandry divisions in all existing facilities. Traveled Nationally to ensure SOP was being followed on each site.

• Onsite support for local Husbandry and operations team to ensure they were trained and had all resources necessary to be successful.

• Wrote Company 200-point inspection sheet that covered every area of operations and husbandry for all aquariums nationally. Used as the template for all management quarterly inspections.

• Wrote accounting weekly financial score card for all GM reporting to COO. Rolled in a forecasting model to ensure GM’s knew areas of opportunity for increase revenue. Director of Operations, Culligan, April 2013-2016. Direct operational control of four Culligan branches in Northern Utah. Responsibilities include: Reported Directly to CEO. Provided leadership and vision for the company, direct oversite of performance for 4 stores and 3 GM’s 70 employees total 4 Divisions. Key Successes of Note:

• Contracted and executed a new ERP business management software for customer management and business operations including inventory, billing, HR and inventory.

• Implemented weekly branch forecasts, goal tracking, liability track, turn over tracking and +/- budget tracking.

• Updated and wrote company HR policies and manuals.

• Developed General Manager performance metrics and accountability system.

• Develop capital expenditure budgeting and tracking system

• Became an effective liaison between off site ownership and branch performance.

• Developed and executed into action a marketing/sales campaign, that increased annual residential sales by 59% over PY in the first quarter 2014. That program was adopted by Culligan international and is now used biannually by over 1200 stores nationally.

Area Sales Director, Culligan, April 2012- April 2013. Responsible for directing sales teams for leading US Culligan stores in the state of Texas. Managed 5 Sales Managers, 18 sales representatives 2 divisions commercial and residential. Key Successes of Note:

• Wrote a sales standard operations manual utilized by 1200 Culligan stores.

• Wrote a unified tiered national pricing manual for service and equipment pricing used as pricing model for all culligan stores.

• Wrote and implemented a detailed achievable sales daily activity program, that resulted in enhances lead generating tools and time management. A model that has been showcased at Culligan International’s annual convention.

• Directed record setting residential sales growth with an increase of 30% In revenue over PY year utilizing new accountability and tracking programs.

General Manager, Culligan, Aug 2007- April 2012. Hired to General Manager position to rebuild challenged branches and rekindle team atmospheres. Responsible for 3 stores and 50 employees. Key Successes of Note:

• Through strong team building and accountability, established and achieved a goal of 10% revenue growth year over year for 5 years, without an increase in operational expenses.

• Mastery of P&L financial management, substantially decreased spending through general ledger, accounts payable, establishing a PO purchasing system and budget mastery

• Successfully carried out a branch relocation through city rezoning project for a new jail.

• Successfully litigated infringement suit with a local competitor. Won litigation with over quarter million-dollar settlement in our favor.

• Successfully planed, organized and carried out the acquisition of a local competitor

• Reduced liability though identifying risk indicators and capturing each occurrence before they became liability cases, now used by all Culligan stores.
