Performance-Based Design Code Development- Researched different Fire Codes; moreover on Design Fire that adopted in various countries and recommend the most suitable solution for Korea National Fire Regulation.

External Wall Fire Test- Conducted BS 8414 and ISO 13785 with different combustible materials that are used for external wall cladding system to support repealing process of Korea National Fire Regulation.

Mitigation Plan for High Rise Building- Compared current Korea National Fire Regulation with IBC to increase efficiency of the fire inspection range for High-Rise building in South Korea.

Ion-Lithium Battery Fire Test- Conducted researches to minimize battery fire hazard by analyzing seven different types of extinguishers (solvent), such as chemical, halon, and mist, etc.

Fire Propagation Apparatus (FPA)- Conducted FPA Tests with various plastics and assisted set-up of apparatus according to ASTM E2058.

Maintenance and Inspection of Munition at Army Company Unit- Managed munition storage for weapons and military equipments that are used by active units during exercises and potential wartime situations.

Academic Group Project- Fire Protection System Design of Hotel and Hospital- WPI April 2014

Designed and analyzed the Detection Alarm System of given hotel based on NFPA 72, 92, and 101.

Simulated and calculated life safety threshold, using Pathfinder and Excel for evacuation model and smoke layer descent.

Major Qualifying Project (MQP)- Airborne Energy of Kite Power System- WPI May 2014

(Abstract: Kite Power System is automatic pump of well system, transferring wind energy into mechanical energy to pump the well at Third Developed Countries with less expensive investment.)

Designed mechanical power recycling system that reduced manpower to keep tracking the efficiency of the system.

Designed Automatic Launch Concept for the Kite, tuning the center body of the kite into arc shape. Interactive Qualifying Project (IQP)- Alternative Renewable Energy- WPI May 2013

Designed conceptual device that captures both tidal and wind energy at shores.

Recommended the most efficient solution for South Korea by researching various renewable energies available. SKILLS:
