Participated in the budget establishment for 2017: established the staff budget starting from the strategic directions in order to determine the number of positions in each department. Created and managed the positions creation / abolition process. (accomplishment: total decrease of 45 positions)
Participated in the Retail Banking optimization project: established with the Retail Banking department the new staff sizing for the 360 Retail agencies. Studied and analyzed the gab between the target and current workforce numbers and set up an action plan with the HRBP to achieve the target workforce at each agency.
Led the agencies merger project ( HR aspect): created and managed the agencies closure process.
(accomplishments: closure of 36 agencies and successful redeployment of 106 employees in the Bank's current vacancies)
Led the monitoring and appraisal of the ongoing projects and daily activity of the recruitment and career development department. Set up and developed the KPI's list to follow up the performance of the department.
