Project Undertaken –

IMPROVED PERFORMANCE OF MODULAR MULTILEVEL CONVERTER FOR INDUCTION MOTOR DRIVE

Description: This project serves the reduction of Harmonics in power supply with Reduced Number of MOSFET Switches in MMC (MODULAR MULTILEVEL CONVERTER). In this project we used an 11-level MMC with reduced number switches. We drived the single phase induction Motor through the MMC for to show the better performance of these motor and we showed the output waveform of 11-level MMC through the CRO.

Achievements:

Got “EXCEL AWARD 2012” By ROTARY CLUB OF BHEL CITY TIRUCHIRAPPALLI for Recognition of School Toppers in HSC.

Extra-curricular Activities:

Many times won prizes for drawing competitions & speech competitions in schoolings.

Participated Drawing Competition in ‘BRAHMA KUMARIS – PLAINUM JUBLEE 2011-12’.

Won First Prize in drawing Competition for AIDS Awareness competition 2010.

Participated in “ENVIRONMENT CUM SCIENCE EXHIBITION”

By- ROTARY CLUB OF BHEL CITY TIRUCHIRAPPALLI.

Participated in JUNIOR RED CROSS SUB COMMITTEE in commemoration of the GENEVA CONVENTION DAY - Aug 2010.
