EXPERIENCE

From April 2018 onwards working as a General Manager Operations in ERC Eye Care Private Limited, Assam. The core area of my work is to look after the 3 hub hospitals and 2 Vision Centers Operational activities. Ensuring smooth functioning of all the hospitals by co-ordinating with clinical and non clinical staff. Monitoring the activities of Hub Managers. Mobile Unit Managers, Camp Managers daily.
