Senior Lecturer/Latino Promise Assistant Director, January 2010 – Present
Teach and develop Latino Leadership Seminar curriculum to undergraduate students ranging from freshmen to seniors.
Teach CORE, History, Leadership, Business Management, and Business Law courses to undergraduate students.
Teach CORE, American Government, American Politics, Business Law, Professional Communications, and Advanced Employment Law courses to adult students in the Puerta Al Futuro Program.

CURRENT RESEARCH AND CREATIVE ENDEAVORS
Compose Latino Promise articles for Inside FDU (campus website), enhancing awareness of the Latino Promise Program within the community.
Design, develop, and produce various advertising campaigns for Latino Promise, intended to increase enrollment and participation. Materials include interactive presentations for high school guidance counselors, and students, as well as, informational, and recruitment videos for teachers, students, and parents.
Policy analysis with specific scrutiny on issues impacting Latinos in higher education, as well as various social obstacles facing the Latino community, developing creative strategy, and responses with the intent to properly grow and sustain Latino higher education, and advancement.
