Description: Tune Talk Self Care is a self-centric interactive tool for Tune Talk subscribers to create and manage their respective accounts and also serves as the multiple language support platform to manage and regulate other related services without approaching the Customer Care. The set of other services including view and pay their invoices, request new services or changes to existing services, manage account profile, manage trouble tickets, and make payments and hosting of other functionalities through the Internet.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with client for requirements, discussing the feasibility of requirements, designing the layout of web pages and participating in the development.

Implemented Agile development practices as per the application requirements.

Involved in Agile Scrum methodology, Sprint and Release Planning meetings.

Developed the web application using Java and J2EE components.
