Successfully managed projects closeout process by compiling final documents including punch list, material inspection documentation, quality control reports, warranties, and evaluating contractor’s performance.
Was selected as project manager for the Tennis Complex rush project where the Dreamland Egypt Classic (First Women's Tennis Association tournament event ever held in the ME at April 1999) was successfully held in time.
Trained Dreamland staff for operation and maintenance of infrastructure and utilities.
My achievements were one of the reasons that made Dreamland hire TICE for another 5 projects in the city.
