Reduced the construction cost of Cairo Dyeing Center by 25% by using and coordinating small subcontractors.

Reduced the estimated cost of the Cairo Industrial Complex by more than 10% by modifying the general layout, final levels, utilities and rearrangement of production lines equipment coordinating with operations department.

Manage issuing a revised minster decree (246/2006) changing the industrial foot print area from 50% to 65%.

Key Projects: Construction Supervision and Management for:

Dreamland Resort (one of the largest real estate and urban development projects in the entire Middle East, in 6th of October city); complete infrastructure works for the 2,000 acres project.

Dreamland Golf Course; 18-hole golf course on 197 acres that is considered the center-piece of the resort.

Dreamland Amusement Park (Dream Park) on 150 acres including waste water treatment plant.

Dreamland Tennis Complex; 8 tennis courts; golf club houses, locker rooms, landscaping and swimming pools.

Dreamland Golf residential areas (villas and apartments’ buildings and blocks) on 6.8 million square meters.

Key Accomplishments with TICE:

Successfully managed projects closeout process by compiling final documents including punch list, material inspection documentation, quality control reports, warranties, and evaluating contractor’s performance.

Was selected as project manager for the Tennis Complex rush project where the Dreamland Egypt Classic (First Women's Tennis Association tournament event ever held in the ME at April 1999) was successfully held in time.

Trained Dreamland staff for operation and maintenance of infrastructure and utilities.

My achievements were one of the reasons that made Dreamland hire TICE for another 5 projects in the city.

Created excel sheets for evaluation of construction progress for Dreamland residential area.

Produced Dream Park design drawings completely by AutoCAD to be a pioneer in CAD projects in Egypt.
