Working with Spotluck Inc. on their product “Play Octopus” which is a premier OOH advertising application. Performed Data – Analysis using SAS E-Miner, R, Data-Visualization on Tableau, Statistical Analysis and Trend Identification providing meaningful insight from complex data. This added value to various ongoing projects and improved the operational efficiency of the organization.

Data Visualization and Analysis:

Using Tableau server as a front-end BI tool and SQL Queries to fetch data and design and develop workbooks, dashboards, global filters and complex parameters and calculated fields. Helping the management to make “Data – Driven Decisions”

Data Mining and Modeling:

We were granted access to Classified crime records by the Crime Bureau, Gujarat State, India. Performed Data Wrangling and Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Model Development using various Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning techniques. Which would help the department to be proactive and solve crimes with a higher efficiency.

Outcomes:

Helped the department identify and analyze crime patterns using K-Means clustering which will help them in reducing further occurrences of similar incidents.

Helped the department in identifying associations between different crime types using Association analysis.

Developed a predictive model to predict the cases that would be resolved by the department with an accuracy of 85% which would help the department to take adequate proactive measures to increase solving rates.

Managed a team of five people in a project which dealt with spreading awareness against HIV/ AIDS in Cairo, Egypt.

Helped the organization to increase their outreach by implementing various content management and website management strategies.
