Responsible for all operations of the facility, including the development of the trades (mechanic, machinist, electrician, I&C, winder, utility (cleaning and painting))

PM and PdM for mechanical, electrical and electronic groups. Technical skills include laser and dial indicator alignment, vibration analysis, electrical testing and troubleshooting.

Managed Union employees with Wisconsin Electric and non-union ever since.
