Regional manager for repair facility as well as new equipment sales

Developed facility team to be capable of quality and timely work in order to stop the loss of customers

Developed sales force to build sales from $10M to $12.8M in four years in conjunction with shop capabilities to deliver.

P&L responsibility led to increase of 10% in gross margin primarily through control of scheduling

Safety record improved from the worst record for four divisions to the best safety record by developing a team approach to safety, rather than the traditional method of one safety person.

Plant and Field Service Manager

Responsible for all operations of the facility, including the development of the trades (mechanic, machinist, electrician, I&C, winder, utility (cleaning and painting))

PM and PdM for mechanical, electrical and electronic groups. Technical skills include laser and dial indicator alignment, vibration analysis, electrical testing and troubleshooting.

New equipment technical sales support for all products including Motors, VFD’s, soft starts, etc.

Nuclear and Fossil Power

Worked as Reactor Operator in US Navy for Trident and Enterprise

Trades: I&C technician (Nuclear), Electrician (Fossil), Certified Structural welder and inspector

Managed Union employees with Wisconsin Electric and non-union ever since.

Responsible for all Predictive Maintenance technical services in fossil plant.
