Responsibilities:

•Configuring and fault diagnosis of DCS PLC & SCADA System o DCS : Yokogawa Centum VP o PLC : Allen Bradley Compact, Micro Logic.

•Successfully commissioning carbochlorination chemicals as well as petrochemicals plant with DCS programming.

•Presently working as a Leading Role instrumentation engineer for Installation and commissioning of Carbochlorination chemical Plant.

•Build all Sequence logics for Blow Pot Solid Material Transfer operation in DCS.

•Familiar with Yokogawa Centum VP DCS System. Building all interlocks, logics, I/O assignment, Loop checking of process. Operation.

•Responsible for projects execution, preventive and breakdown maintenance and analysis of Field instruments, PLC & DCS.

•Reviewing schematic, engineering drawings, datasheet & technical specifications for installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
