Areas of responsibility include Body-in-White, Paint and General Assembly process and systems.
Key accomplishments;
Achieved cost avoidance over $20M by changing product and process for new products.
Adapted new product ideas and develop it until validation based on new technology, benchmarking competitors, new ideas “innovation” and lesson learned.
Created and oversaw implementation of 180 global Product/Process Standards covering entire assembly plant process including NAFTA, APEC, EMEA and LATAM regions.
