As Expo; The position of expediter is one that focuses mostly on the coordination of all orders coming from both the crepe and hot-food kitchens. Mon Amie is a specialty item restaurant that requires that two separate kitchens work in unison on multiple orders, the timing and overall coordination required to see that everything comes out together,hot, fresh and correctly cooked to customer requests is a major priority in giving great service. Receiving computer generated orders from servers, submitting copies to crepe kitchen with appropriate time requirements.
