MINI PROJECT DETAILS:
TITLE: FAULT TOLERANT FULL ADDER/SUBTRACTOR USING REVERSIBLE LOGIC DESCRIPTION : Reversible logic is one of the promising fields having a wide range of applications starting from low power VLSI design. Fault Tolerant reversible logic is one class of reversible logic that maintain the parity of the input and the outputs. PROJECT DETAILS:
TITLE: PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT BY REDUCING CYCLE TIME AND ELIMINATING AN ‘A’ RANK DEFECT USING POKAYOKE SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION: In Toyota Kirloskar Motors plant 2(Assembly line), the planned production in one shift is 126 cars and the actual production is about 122-124 cars i.e. About (96-97) %. The total productive time in one shift is 8.5 hours (510 minutes). In order to improvise the processes, a number of kaizens are to be implemented. By reducing Muda, Muri and Mura, the cycle time can be reduced and thus increase the productivity. Achievements:
Participated in the finals of National level Robotics Championship (UTKRANTHI’16) held at IIT Madras, Chennai.
Successfully organized the ELECTROTECH’15 event held in College. Workshops and Courses
Attended two day workshop on Robotics at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
Attended two day workshop on ARM-7 at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
Completed course on Embedded System Design in Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).
