To analyze Boiler water, super heated steam, feed water, condensate water sample.

To analyze raw water, clarified water, cooling water, UF- RO-DM water sample.

Reagent preparation for analysis in chemical laboratory.

Stock solution preparation for instrument calibration.

Calibrations of laboratory instruments and maintain records in log book.

Update daily chemical stock of Laboratory.

Preparing shift chemistry reports and communicates with HOD-CHEMISTRY and operator.

Preparing chemical dosing for FEED WATER according to maintain chemistry parameter.

Monitoring of SWAS parameter and STATOR WATER parameter.

To insure proper collection & preparation of COAL as like INDIAN COAL, IMPORTED COAL,& BUNKER COAL as per IS standard.

FUEL OIL analysis as like LDO, HFO, HSD and LUBE OIL analysis.

I have operated following capacity plant.

SWRO-BWRO-DM - (225 3) M3/hr, (80 3) M3/hr, (75 3) M3/hr.

PT-Clarifiers (2147 2) M3/hr, (1500 2) M3/hr(1050 2) M3/ hr.

RO-DM PLANT- ( 45 2)M3/hr, (90 1)M3/hr, ( 140 2)M3/hr, (35 2)M3/hr.

CONDENSATE POLISHING UNIT – 822M3/hr (2w+1s).

CHLORINATION PLANT- (150 2) Kg/hr, (180 4) Kg/hr
