I have known Arlene for the past 3 1/2 years that I have been in this area. I have always been impressed with her honesty, reliability, intelligence, initiative and her ability to be a team player. She has in the past year embarked on a complete change of employment goals from classical music performance and teaching to the extremely precise field of medical coding, which basically has required her to learn a new language and thought process. She has also had experience in quality control and I would expect her to be as thorough in that field as she has been in music and coding. In each of these fields her precision and attention to detail will be of great advantage to anyone who chooses to employ her.

Alexa and I have been colleagues and friends since 2006. I have observed her on many occasions as she works with trumpet players of all ages and abilities. She is a trained mouthpiece consultant and pedagogist, and takes each client through a detailed process of listening to them play, making adjustments in their form and technique, then selects a number of mouthpieces suitable for that particular person's set-up: dental structure, physical form, musical needs, etc. Alexa constantly exhibits the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and patience. She has fitted hundreds of players over the past 11 years or so. I highly recommend Alexa for any position for which she is qualified.

Ms. Yates is a brilliant person, perhaps the highest native intelligence of anyone I have worked with extensively. She has broadly diverse life and work experience and has excelled in every endeavor. She is articulate and an excellent writer. She is a tireless worker who sets clear goals and meets them promptly and efficiently. She has a terrific instinct for troubleshooting and problem solving. She learns new information quickly and adapts well to changing circumstances. I know that she will be successful in anything she sets her mind to and give her my highest possible recommendation and full endorsement.
