OBJECTIVE: Seeking a position to widen my knowledge of the Clerical field.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Boston Mutual Life Insurance (Canton, Ma.) Sept. 2011- Oct. 2017, my duties include but are not limited to pulling and picking up files, returning files on line. Putting all correspondence away in correct file that would come to room. Printing/ pull all requests four times daily. Printing/pulling and preparing to go to offsite to retrieve files requested. Prepare purge boxes to bring to offsite facility. Keep track of daily log for the day. Print and pull monthly purge. Transfer files on line to other employees. Put new applications that come available in folder and put on shelf. Shift files on shelves to make room for new files. Answer phone calls, emails of anyone that needed assistance. Be available to help in mailroom or general services dept. when needed.

Nealon & Nealon Attorneys (Hopkinton MA) November 2006 thru September 2009, my duties included but were not limited to answering the office phone and directing all calls to appropriate person. Greeted everyone that entered into the office. Open and close all the files and filed the open or closed cards in the appropriate place. Kept track of all the files that were opened and closed in the computer. Found any or all files that needed to be found for anyone in the office. Ran the errands for the office on a daily basis. Put together the Estate Plan notebooks/portfolios for clients. Logged in the computer the completed Last Will and Testament documents and stored it in the appropriate box for safe keeping. Typed up drafted correspondence to clients for any of the attorneys in the office. Faxed correspondence to clients for anyone in the office. Made copies of any/or all paperwork for anyone in the office.

(Pawtucket RI) August 2001 to November 2006, my duties included putting files in numerical order, sorting and distributing all incoming mail, making copies of prepaid & collect bills for customers, working on special projects for shows in Dec/Jan. Mailing invoices to several reps for the company weekly. Entering charge/ no charge parts in the computer. Faxing and copying important papers for various employees, mailing out correspondence on a daily & monthly basis. Work at front desk answering the phones when needed. Arranging bills in the order on a daily basis and making copies of bills for the bank. Stamping all incoming checks to send to the bank. Mailing out packages by UPS,

Wolpoff & Abramson (Bethesda MD), Clerical Staff Feb 1997 to March 1999 my duties included, retrieving important documents and delivering them to various employees, arranging documents in proper alpha, numerical order & making sure that they were put in proper order in the cabinet.

Wolpoff & Abramson Support Staff Supervisor Feb 1999 to March 1999, I participated in all the training that would enhance my work duties. Some of those duties included sorting & distributing attendance daily, prioritizing & distributing work for clerks in the department, completed special projects for the Executives, sorted and distributed work for legal assistants.
