1)Now I am working in OCL dalmia bharat group Bengal cement works Medinapur west Bengal as an Executive production & Process.

2) 5 year working experience as Executive - Production (CRO) in CCR. Previous I was worked in the Lafarge India Ltd (Arasmeta Cement Plant), from Sep.’2013 to may 2017

•Operation & Optimization of Kiln, Loeshe vertical cement mill & UBE, FLS vertical roller mill, Ball mill,Ball Race Mill,Roller press etc from CCR.

•Calculation of Ball mill grinding media charging (Raw mill,Coal Mill & Cement mill)

•Troubleshooting related to Operation & process .

•Up-to-date follow up knowledge of Best Safety Practices & equipments in cement industry.

•Involved in brick lining and castable activities in Kiln,Cooler,PH Cyclones and HAG (Hot Gas Genrator).

•Production report calculation & preparation in SAP etc.

•Flow and false air measurment in all circuit.

Professional developments and Training in cement

•Cecil (Cement in computer information Lafarge) it is special software developed by Lafarge Asia Technical center, Malaysia for Cement Plant Process and operation technology.

•On hand training in KHD Humboldt Simulator for Kiln, Raw mill, Coal Mill and Cement Mill.
