Designing of shafts, circlips, bushes, Studs, Washers, Fasteners and other Engine components with Creo.
Modelling, tolerance stack up, GD&T, design review and drawing release for Proto development, Alpha testing and production of sub- Engine components. Used Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks in process flows and improved them and Standardized the assembly process by performing Kaizen events on assembly and testing process
