Roles & Responsibilities:

Training & Managing a Team involved in various processes of Medical Billing i.e., AR analysis, Denial management etc.

Coordinating with the AR follow-up team on issues and work out strategies to solve them.

Handle end-to-end processes for the Client and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Strategic planning on manpower allocation across the processes.
