RESPONSIBILIES
oControlling Depot Logistic Operations according to company Policies and procedures.
oEntering stock items in the system and allocating them to their respective job.
oOrdering, Receiving, Storing and Distributing products through SARAS. SARAS (Sales and Route Accounting System) is the package used to control or handle the operations in a sales depot and regions.
Receiving products from the plant and distribute to the sales vans by completing the relevant documentation and reports.
Creating Sales day Sessions and Loading to HHT (Hand Held Terminal) and doing End Day reconciliation after the sales.
Liaise with relevant external agencies and internal management to ensure effective and timely utilization/distribution of stock.
Maintain high standards of Hygiene & cleanliness in store area. Train and develop staffs, i.e. loaders, fork lift operator & drivers.
Maintaining and controlling of Stocks and Assets in the Company.
Receiving, storing and issuing product following FIFO (Fist In First Out) system.
Commanding staffs.
Creating sales day sessions and loading to HHT with correct document.
Counting stocks and finalizes inventory, verify with account and submitting to account as well as Line manager daily basic.
Controlling and maintain depot loss daily basis.
