RESPONSIBILITY:-

Looking after Cement mills (Two no s with Roller Press with total 125 & 160 TPH capacity),L&T Make Wagon Tippler,Railway Track Maintenance, Locomotive Engine and Fly ash handling

Analysis of Mechanical breakdowns, its root cause analysis and implement the solution to completely avoid the repetition of the same further.

Improvement drastically w.r.t. MTBF, MTTR, OEE of Equipments.

ISO Documentations and implementation.

Drafting the annual budget for department and its compliances.

Looking after in Utility Section Screw Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Twin Lobe Blowers, Oil & Water pumps.

Control the stack emission within required parameter as per norms by maintaining the equipments like Dust Collectors & Centrifugal fans.

Good proficiency in maintain conveying equipments viz:-Belt conveyors, Bucket elevators, Air Slides, Enmass Conveyor, Screw Conveyor etc.

Designated as Internal ISO Auditor also

Make Maintenance plan, maintenance procedure and check sheet.

To identifying the spare part requirement and building up the spare part inventory for smooth running of the plant.

Guide the team in case of any technical difficulty.

Aware Environment, Health and Safety requirement in cement plant.

Good Client management skill.

Basic knowledge of Electrical and Instrument.

Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Basic skill of vibration analysis, root cause and solution.

Cost Control by monitor and standardize the equipments to control maintenance expenses to operate in budget norms

The area for improvement of performance, prepare improvement/ modification proposal and supervise its execution for continuous improvement in productivity /reliability in equipment..

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Jalgaon With Honors 74.46% ( North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon Maharashtra) in 2011.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Dhule with Honors 77.92% (Maharashtra) in 2008.
