Serves as the District Information Technology (IT) Manager responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance which support the information management needs and training of the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO).

Maintains district-wide responsibility for testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, maintenance and management of networked computer systems used for the transmission of information in print, data, voice and/or video format. Also manage, enforce, and monitor system security as directed by the department.

Ensures systems availability, functionality, integrity and efficiency. Ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems, networks, and data through planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures and tools.

Manages all aspects of the network environment, which include planning customer support, establishing workload priorities and duties and system security.

Manage and coordinate all VTC activities within headquarters and branch offices.
