Series of project assignments including:

AT&T, Senior Program/Project Manager

Managed and executed Infrastructure/Applications projects to support Linux/Cloud for Uverse program. GFP, Java, WebLogic, iplanet, and ORACLE DB within budget and on time using CPM to determine timeline evaluation.

Managed and executed Infrastructure project to support Mobility Program. IBM Netcool Application Suite.

Managed the installation of Development, Staging Test, and Production Servers to support Mobility in the Cloud and on Linux within budget and on time.

Lead Project Manager for development of complex API bundle focused on reducing fraud with the ECO systems development and platform solutions team. The solution provided and verified subscriber information and send API notifications when certain events occur such as a phone being reported lost or stolen and was added as a Network function. This was a major overhaul into the local Networks and included upgrades to the Financial Solutions Software which managed the financial data for the subscriber/phone department. The Business driver was to update Mobile Identity & API’s to include Mobile ID. Completed project 3/31/17 within budget, which consisted of heavy analysis, forecasting, capital/expense creation and monthly (actuals expenses posting) reconciliation of all thirty department budgets which rolled up into the overall main budget which I managed. PeopleSoft software was used to manage the customer information and Hyperion was used to create the financial reporting in conjunction with other Oracle systems and functions to update Supply Chain and inventory.

Lead Project Manager to field a Proof of Concept (POC) system that evaluates and produces key learning into the value of obtaining Social Data and combining it with AT&T network data. Key components are third party vendor (Dunami) and the Twitter power track API (COTS). This platform provides multiple use cases for future projects/initiatives and is projected to save multi-millions each year in consolidating Social Data tools and usage. I managed the Engineering, Design, and Operations Implementation and kept the Vendor on track to deliver on time and on budget.

Lead Project Manager for Automation End to End Proof of Concept to deliver a “Single Source of Truth” for identifying Customers impacted by cable cut and distribution of targeted notifications for cable cut resolution. This is a paradigm shift from a ticket-driven solution to an event-driven solution and required major upgrades to the Local and Long-haul networks... Completed 8/18/17 within budget, which consisted of heavy analysis, forecasting and monthly (actuals expenses posting) reconciliation of all thirty department budgets which rolled up into the overall main budget which I managed. Weekly budget analysis meetings were held with the departments to make sure that the teams were charging correctly and that the departments were not over budget. Managed four to six projects in 2014 from start to finish to migrate applications from UNIX to Linux/Cloud, working on all projects concurrently through deployment with budgets ranging from $500k to 5 million dollars. Team goal was 73 applications migrated for 2014 and each PM had to complete 5% of that goal. The six projects referenced counted for 10% of the total goal for the year to exceed the goal for 2014 before the end of year freeze. In 2015, the team exceeded the goal of 65 additional applications deployed and I exceeded my goal by completing all four applications which were all extremely large projects.

Motorola, Information Technology Engineering Program/Project Manager

Moved into Java platform to allow easy maintenance, modification and flexibility of code.

Responsible for resource recommendations/allocations for the various projects and worked with the various managers to staff the projects.

Motorola, Information Technology Supply Chain Separation, Project Manager

Developed a template using the product lifecycle process for project initiation and execution of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) separation in MS Project.

Managed third party supplier Statements of Work (SOW’s) and change requests for equipment and services for the separation project.

Successful completion of separation for Print room, Part Master and Motorola Contract Manufacturing System (MCMS) from scope definition through testing phases.

Project Manager from scope definition through testing phases for the replication of the PLM applications which are the master data systems for all of the Motorola product data. This includes piece parts, bills of material, prints, specs, environmental compliance data, contract manufacturing master data and change history. This release required 73 Interfaces to all of the various systems.

Senior Account Executive

Installed Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) program to transform check acceptance into a risk-free electronic payment using the latest technology. This process streamlined check funds and helped eliminate NSF check worries for customers.

Product Realization Shared Services, Program/Project Manager

Successfully converted 6,000 users to the Motorola Contract Manufacturing System (MCMS) for sharing design specifications using Microsoft Project, Java Programming and utilizing critical path analysis. This program has saved the company over 40 million dollars by avoiding duplicate product builds.

Worked and Managed Third Party Suppliers to complete the Builds for phone products (accessories) for Motorola’s Joint Venture.

Created and tracked Statements of Work (SOW’s) and change requests for contractors to fulfill the design process of connecting into Joint Ventures ERP (Oracle) system.

Integrated Supplier projects/resource allocations within Motorola projects/resource allocations to guarantee that products were shipped on time from the Contract Manufacturers.

Administered rollout of Master Component Library (MCL) which combined all manufacturing components used across the entire organization, enabling a simplified design and build process for the engineering organization. This program saved the company over 30 million dollars by decreasing ten individual Libraries down to one.

Completed rollout of Library Request System (LRS) to Worldwide Design Centers which was the change control management system integrated with the MCL. This program saved the company over 20 million dollars by avoiding duplicate creation of parts within the Library.

Project Manager for combining several Third Party Product Data Management (PDM) Systems into one Global System which led to annual savings of $5 million dollars.

Project Manager for Mechanical Pro-E Intra-link Upgrade for Mechanical Engineering design use from scope definition though testing phases.
