Performed Process assessments/audits, generated observations and findings, and tracked and followed these until resolution for multiple parts of the satellite. As a QA Engineer for the En Route Automation Modernization Program (ERAM) and Automated Flight Service System (AFSS), performed inspections/audits for code, software architecture, test plans, and CDRLs. Updated processes, participated in preparation for CMMi, ISO 9001, and AS9100 audits. Lead Software Inspection team. Taught Inspection /Moderator Course for Code Inspections and Systems Issue Group Inspections to multiple corporate areas. On Electronic Customs Partnership (eCP) performed peer reviews and inspections for code, test documentation, and documentation deliverable to the customer. Worked for the MSF (Mobile Screening Force) Rollout team to assure that the MSFs were deployed in the correct numbers for training the airport’s PSF.

Determined Performance Monitoring Data for stress testing the PRISM system. Analyzing the collected data and develop a strategy for process improvement. Prism is part of the Lockheed Martin Human Resources enterprise system. Performed analysis and performance engineering on LM People, MiTIC, eCat, ECLPS, Learning Management System, and Corporate Financial Oversight project. Metamor - Sr. IV&V Test Engineer – Contract Position Jul 1999 – Oct 1999

Developed templates and developed application system documentation ( i.e. Test Plans, Assessment, Remediation, and test scripts, etc.), IV&V Standard Operational Procedures, and IV&V Test Scripts for Magellan Health Services. Performed IV&V functions on multiple health care applications, which include documentation review, developing IV&V test scripts, executing the tests, and generating findings reports.

Other employment:

Performed various Quality Assurance functions on test plans, and other documentation as required. Performed IV&V as required for software requirements, software plans, software test, as well as other areas.

Performed Independent Verification and Validation for the OTC Surveillance/Marketing Porting project for NASD. These duties included verifying and validation project requirement documentation, test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Member of the NASD IV&V Technology Information Group that developed IV&V standards, policies, procedures, and practices for NASD. Wrote System Test Plan, designed and implemented software tests and Y2K tests for Customer Billing Information System.

Performed Independent Verification and Validation as well as Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions as a consultant to the Military Sealift Command (MSC). This included ensuring that software that was developedand tested met or exceeded the system requirements and met traceability standards as specified for MSC. Reviewed documents to assure that requirements were met or exceeded by contractors.

Performed sizing and timing analysis for Westinghouse as a consultant to Digital on the United Arab Emirates Air Defense Ground Environment System. Performed analysis on system design and configuration in order to optimize system resources in order to meet system performance specifications. Determined estimated processing time required for steady state operation of the system. Generated estimate of system network traffic and its impact on the FDDI. Wrote Timing and Sizing plan. Performed QA on technical memos for impact and accuracy assuring that all requirements were met and included in the documentation according to company standards.
