Roles & Responsibilities:-

Involved in effective utilization of tools such as search engines, LinkedIn, social channels, job portals like Naukri, Monster to source candidates.

Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.

Involved in developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.,

Identification of future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

Ability to build good relationships with team members, candidates and professional network.

Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates.

Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews.

Search resumes in applicant database and forward to appropriate hiring manager.

Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level, interest and cultural fit.

Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly.

Making initial candidate contact and building relationships with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new candidate prospects.

Involved in usage of sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Statutory Requirement - Handling statutory compliance like GOSI, Insurance, Labour contracts, Bonus etc., and ensuring early settlement of claims.

Full & Final Settlement - Engaging in exit interview processing, preparing final settlements, and providing feedback to the top management.
