Project/Program Manager

IT Project & Program Manager for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsible for managing the project pipeline and prioritization of CRM projects as identified by business, IT CRM group and vendors to meet business objectives. Delivered 19 projects in 2017 ($1.0MM), currently scheduled for 22 projects in 2018 ($1.5MM).

Coordinate with various Darden business Brand units, IT CRM groups and external vendors to (1) Develop and refine business requirements, (2) Plan the activities of the IT and Brand groups to participate in new programs and successfully implement new system enhancements/upgrades, (3) Lead new projects, all of which allow the company to realize their strategic and tactical goals.

Managed new product efforts in conjunction with business (various Brands), IT CRM, Operations, Legal and external vendors, such as Epsilon – Campaign Management systems, Harmony – Campaign delivery systems, Celerity – Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM), Adobe – Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), MicroStrategy – Reporting, 3CI & V12 – messaging and SMS text systems, LiveRamp, Neustar and various Ad/Marketing agencies.

BMG MONEY, INC Miami, FL 2014 – 2017

Program/Project Manager / Project Management Office

Responsibilities include oversight of Project & Program Management, PMO, IT Systems Operations, Loan Operations, and New Client Implementations (majority of which are Public-Sector clients).

Program Manager managing multiple projects, including large scale ($1MM) build of New IT Systems from prior legacy platforms through implementation. This is a large project with potential savings of $2MM over a 5 year period.

Manage the process, resources and technology necessary to successfully re-architect the BMG Money website to accommodate mobile platforms.

Manage the prioritization of system and operational resources to meet stated business objectives.

Coordinate with all BMG Money business units to (1) Develop and refine business requirements, (2) Plan the activities of the Operations/IT groups to participate in new programs and successfully implement new loan processes and system enhancements/upgrades, (3) Lead new projects which impact the strategic and tactical direction of the business and contribute insight to the long term direction of the business unit.

Managed new product efforts in conjunction with Business Development, Legal, Operations and IT groups.

Managed product and licensing (Corporate and Lending) expansion into California, Utah and Nevada.

Situated company with TransUnion and Equifax (credit bureaus) and Firtsnet (ACH Processing) and led effort to incorporate data/transactional processing into existing E-Commerce loan application, servicing and reporting systems.

Implemented a Vendor Management Office – produced guidelines and policies to engage and manage vendors - such as eligibility, budget, contract, data security and delivery (SLA) requirements as well as performance evaluations.

EXPRESS SCRIPTS Orlando, FL 2013 – 2014

Program Manager – Specialty Pharmacy Systems (IT) – Rx Processing Program

Program Manager for Specialty Pharmacy Systems Prescription Processing Program to manage integration of IT systems as a result of an acquisition and merger between CuraScript and Express Scripts.

Program Manager for large scale IT Integration of systems from prior legacy Pharmacy/Prescription platforms associated with CuraScript and Express Scripts to new combined ESI platform from inception through implementations.

Successfully implemented a variety of projects/deliverables under the Rx Processing program assigned, such as: Situating three new Specialty Pharmacies, Rx Routing Optimization – routing prescriptions to closest patient locations and bundling of prescriptions in order to reduce shipping costs, ePrescriptions Enhancements, Drug Usage Review Enhancements, RxHome Reporting and client group migrations to new prescription platform.

The projects have a total budget of approximately $10MM and will realize a total project budget savings of $2MM, with a projected cost savings of $25-30MM over a 3 year period.

Responsibilities include managing project managers and their respective projects from inception through implementations, reporting to senior leadership on IT and Business sides, accountable for project budgets, schedules, scope and changes. All projects utilize standardized SDLC, Waterfall and Agile processes.

COMCAST Philadelphia, PA 2012 – 2013

Program Director – Executive Program Management Office

Program Director responsible for all phases of multiple programs including strategic planning, organizing and implementing the functional programs within the specific Strategic Business Initiative.

Program Director for large multi-year migration of existing customer subscriber base from legacy platform to new IP-Multimedia Systems (IMS) voice/data/wireless platform, from inception through planned phased implementations. Included a variety of infrastructure enhancement projects to prepare for the migration, as well as the migration project itself. The projects follow standard SDLC processes. This program will realize cost savings of $55MM over 5 years.

Monitor and direct day-today operations to ensure adherence of policies and procedures, projects are being managed effectively, all goals and objectives are met and taking corrective action when necessary.

Develop and monitor the program’s budget by analyzing effectiveness of cost controls. Manage scope change requests appropriately and coordinate with the Business and Product Development teams.

Produce variety of weekly reporting on status, schedules, progress towards target goals and budget, via Clarity for Senior Executive Management team.

Projects utilize standardized SDLC, Waterfall and Agile processes.

VERIZON BUSINESS New York, NY/Orlando, FL 2009 – 2011

Senior Project Manager – Professional IT/Data Center Consulting Services Division

Senior Project Manager for a large-scale customized migration of existing client (major US airline) datacenter and applications into Verizon Hosted Smart Datacenter, from inception through planned phased implementations.

Managed technical project planning, risk planning, budget management and technical project management employing standard SDLC processes. Produced Project Schedules (MS Project), Budget Reports (Clarity), Invoices, Status Update Reports, Communication Plans, Risk Logs and Issue Logs.

Responsible for the following projects related to this overall program: Server virtualizations, V2V & P2V application migrations, MS Exchange upgrade, ESX(i) Host Upgrade, Datacenter Hardware Failover Recovery Testing (Inter DC, Intra DC’s) and Disaster Recovery.

Additional projects assigned included: Adding new network devices to existing client in Verizon Hosted Datacenter, ATG upgrade for client website as a result of SAP upgrade, created new hosted website for client (including interfaces to dB and data feeds for e-commerce), P2V conversion for client virtualization/server reduction project, upgrading monitoring tools for client servers/devices, decommission of servers & removal of monitoring tools.
