There is an initiative to improve PRS Analytics to support Actuaries and Underwriting groups and provide consolidated data repository for their reporting analysis. We are also in process of moving the same data from Oracle environment to recent trend of technologies, such as AIP Cloud as well as providing BI analytics tools to business such as QlikSense to be able to generate their own in-depth queries and reports.

Previous major project includes upgrade to Cognos v10 from v8.4 within 1.5 years with challenges such as staff constraints due to budgets, limiting to work with off-shore teams, Data Center Infrastructure migrating from US to UK Infrastructure, migration of application from windows to Linux environment, one of the production support (Brazil) regions closing down, demise of development team (Brazil) due to sell of the company in that region, as well as technical issues and constraints related to upgrades, etc.

November 2015 - Current Chubb Insurance, Whitehouse Station, NJ Senior IT Business Analyst

●Work with Legacy Chubb and Legacy Ace reporting environments in integrating both organizations systems and create cohesive new Data Strategy platforms, while making sure that everyday business continues to function as expected. The new and improved Data Strategy project will consolidate redundant reporting infrastructures, databases, applications, reports, etc. supporting all levels of business areas.

●Collaborate with Personal Risk Services business areas and IT to define and manage all aspects of Reporting projects by defining scope and requirements through SDLC, including planning of business analysis activities, providing task level effort estimates, resource allocations, budgets estimates while using IIBA industry standard analysis techniques.
