Prism Cement Ltd Satna

Worked as Senior Officer (January 2013 to May 2016)

Worked with Prism Cement Ltd as engineer for Operation and Maintenance of Raw Mill (2700KW) Cement Mill (1500 KW) and its electrical utilities posted as Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

Cooler and Kiln section along with their associated utilities.

Substation with incomer at 132 KV/6.6 KV.

Kiln main drive of 1200 KW with associated raw mills and cement mill drives of 3000 KW each.

Also worked in packer section with calibration of weigh bridge and packer weight calibration.

Troubleshooting And Maintenance of following Equipments

Drive ABB ACS 800, inverter and DSU panels.

Hydraulics of RAW MILL and CEMENT MILL main drives.

Substation maintenance mainly on transformers (oil reclamation and its testing), HT motors,relay coordination & its settings.

HT breakers maintenance SF6 as well as vacuum.

IR & PI testing of HT motors (6.6 KV).

HT insulators and its monitoring and maintenance.

Main drives of Kiln and Cement Mill .

Kiln camera apparatus setting and kiln blowers and their drives settings.

Also possess one and half years experience in Commercial and purchase department (Electrical related purchase) with fluency with SAP (quotations and purchase orders and BOM and BOQ as per relevant data).

Presently doing MBA(PGDBA) in Finance and HR and can work in those areas as well.
