-These applications gather worldwide information of all AMEX frauds via WEB, data power, flat files, MQ and VSAM files and stores in various db2 tables and thereby the fraud is reported to downstream systems like IDN, cornerstone, GFR in required formats.
All applications are in DB2, maintaining over 100 stored procedures and over 200 batch programs/batch jobs including few IMS programs and MQ programs.
-Worked in consistent development/maintenance of these applications using DB2/COBOL/JCL. Used various utilities like CTLM, BMCUTIL, FILEAID, BMCDB2, SPUFI, CTSMENU, Workbench module WBM to refer to common routines.
-Involved in project Kickoff meetings with business and senior engineers. Also worked on Rally, KANBAN, JIRA for tracking project schedule, budget and relevant changes.
-Proficient in Fraud business and various kinds of Fraud reporting. Working knowledge of WEB to mainframe interfaces since these applications interact with each other via online fraud data entry screens and stored procedures in Mainframe.

Project – AMEX - US Payroll production support
-Overall responsibility in the team is support production issues 24 hours and work on preventive actions to stop Payroll system from breaking.
-Support tasks included US Payroll’s breakfix, business and technical analysis, documentation, code fix and implementation of changes.
-Gathering and compilation of business information from client and preparation of related documentation, Use MANAGENOW effectively to fix system issues within service level agreement (SLA).
-Worked on various Severity 2 and severity 3 problem incidents and fixed them within the AMEX approved SLA time. Fixed many major issues of AMEX Payroll
-Maintained very good relationships with team, trained and helped team members when required.

-Overall responsibility in the team is support production issue as well as working on payroll enhancement projects, discussions with clients, documentation, designing, programmer-analyst, reviewer, tester, implementations, of projects.
-Worked various development projects such as set up Client Payroll interfaces for new vendors (i.e. AFLAC, BOA, ROSENBLUTH), AEFA data conversion for migration to Ameriprise and AEFA data decommission that included extensive analysis of employee data, AXIOM reporting. Maintenance of TIME and Attendance tracking system developed in CICS as needed.
