In summary, some of my experiences;

My experience as an estimator is vast and spans over several years of professional work experience. I have listed in this resume a few of the areas that allowed me to aide others, also build a strong working knowledge to accomplish these tasks across many fields.

The knowledge for completing documentation need to submit a quote to USCG and NOAA and many other agency’s needs.

I was a field project supervisor/ estimator in expansion, remodel, and damage recovery. My areas where from northern Vermont south to Delaware & from Cape Cod, MA to Philadelphia and all locations in between.

The position as maintenance supervisor and customer service while overseeing 1.5million sq. ft. of buildings plus estimating repair and construction cost of the property.
