My IP concept to maximize cab floor space to rotate operator seat to view rear, modular floor panels optimizing serviceability access to electronic systems without removing operator seat.

• Champion multiple project teams through concept, design specification, prototype test and validation stages completing projects within tight time and cost constraints. Initiate use of Trimble steering pivot sensor to resolve $3 million warranty impact and $1200 cost reduction per tractor to obsolete “smart” steering cylinder requirement for GPS Auto-Steer. 2
