• Champion multiple project teams through concept, design specification, prototype test and validation stages completing projects within tight time and cost constraints. Initiate use of Trimble steering pivot sensor to resolve $3 million warranty impact and $1200 cost reduction per tractor to obsolete “smart” steering cylinder requirement for GPS Auto-Steer. 2
