GRADUATION PROJECT

Project I: Design and fabrication of foundry sand re-conditioner: Project focused on reducing the manual sand mold breaking from an average time between 5 to 10 minutes to an astonishing average time between 2 to 5 seconds. This project was successfully completed in a span of 3 months

Project II: Design and fabrication of hydraulic rod bending machine: Project focused on automation of the existing manual process of bending rods, used in construction sites, thereby reducing the lead time. This project was successfully completed in a span of 3 months

ACHIEVEMENTS

My designs for the modifications of the next version of the Google Home Mini were selected by Google India and was one among the 10 selected candidates in the country for the very same. I was the only non-IIT candidate among the 10 and I also made it to the final 4.

Secured 2nd place in state level ‘Tech Vision 2015’ competition for my 3rd year project

Secured 3rd place in photography at University level, 2014

Genesis Art Gallery, Bangalore, displayed 2 of my photographs which was themed on Journey on Wheels, 2014

Organised and been a part of numerous events for social cause in Mangalore city
