Residential and commercial planning, scheduling, safety, contracts, laws, and the business aspect of the industry.

Work Experience

• TURNER INDUSTRIES (Internship) 2012

Mentored by a maintenance Turner planner. Was taught about estimating and planning everything from piping for tanks, structural steel work (pipe supports, cable trays, etc.). Also hosted multiple safety meetings to crews of about 20 people.

Concrete Restoration and Protection

Planned and quoted multiple jobs from pouring sidewalks, parking lot, bridges to fireproofing steel beams in units of chemical plants. Learned the ins and outs of concrete construction, take-offs and estimating.

PIPE FABRICATION AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

Job duties included doing take offs for piping assembly jobs, pipe supports, labor to complete the job. Also do packing lists, job agreements, and bill of materials.

• DIAMOND ELECTRICAL (Estimator/Project Manager) April 2017- Present Electrical contractor specializing in the design, planning, installation and maintenance of traffic signaling

Jobs duties include searching for jobs, doing take offs and sending out RFQ’s. If job is awarded, I manage the entire job from start to finish; including submittals, change orders, scheduling, ordering material, and organizing employees.
