24 contractors on site, total manpower 189, billing $4,5 mill a month.

Pile timbers, structural steel, pre-finished panel wall system. Ball Mat handling system, 6

Weight scales and refrigeration space

United Airlines Cargo Facility Newark, NJ

A $13 mil 45,000 sq ft 12 loading dock facility. Structural steel, and a Rubb Cargo

Design area. A membrane roof over supporting trusses. Pre-cast walls for support

Site work, security and information technology systems integrated with the Port of

Authority.

PS#137-80-The Law School New York School Construction Authority

Projects ranged from $80 mil to $145mil. Responsibilities included coordination of all contractors

and monitoring of construction progress, scheduling of resources to meet Projected schedule of

equipment, material, and overseeing budget.

Continental Global Gateway Newark, NJ

A $1.3 bil project included construction of new terminals and gates along with a parking garage.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT 1995-1996

Benjamin Hotel, 50th Lexington NY.

A $95 mil fast track renovation project of 26 story LANDMARK HOTEL with an 8 month duration.

Work included demolition of all floors, installation of MEP systems and Total interior build-outs as

well as new stone facade on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Project requirements included weekly schedule updates with sub-contractors and fast track

coordination with Architect, Designer, and Owner

J.P. Morgan Bank, Wall Street, NY

A $22 mil fast track renovation of 16 floors (offices). Work included demolition of

Existing offices, upgrade of Data Center, including installation of new communication Data and

power. IDF room and Labs, New Class C fire alarm and security system.

The project required simultaneous coordination with trades, schedule changes to reflect

out of sequence work and change order review/negotiation.

VANDERBILT CONSTRUCTION, NEW YORK, NY. 1994-1995

A $26 mil fast track 80,000 sq ft renovation to two floors. The project was scheduled

For 8 months, finished project in 6 months. Work included structural reinforcing of concrete

Floor slab at opening for spiral staircase between floors. Construction of new Data Center,

Placement of raised floor system, UPS and Communication Equipment, IDF Rooms. Install

375 work stations for brokers and support for the Trading floor. Responsibilities included

Coordination of all trades with the Owner and Technical staff to finalize equipment layout

and installation.

US Air Terminal, LGA Airport, Flushing, NY

A $175 mil Construction of 300,000 sq ft terminal with 12 wide body aircraft gates

Including pile foundations, structural steel, concrete, curtain walls and interior finish work.

Construction of a 2000 ft elevated roadway and realignment of existing main roads,

Parking lots and apron areas.

Central Terminal, LGA Airport, Flushing, NY

A $18 mil renovation project for TWA and The Port Authority, Phase 1 and 2

80,000 sq ft Terminal Expansion Program. TWA Ticket Lobby ND baggage Claim area

including new curtain wall, additions to the baggage handling system and new vertical

circulation units.

VRH. CONSTRUCTION NEWARK, NJ 1987 TO 1988

Newark International Airport, Arrivals Building, Terminal B

New $250 mil 275,000 sq ft Customs and Immigration Facility, included but not limited to

Construction of connector bridge into Customs hall, installation of shell and interior finishes and

Curtain Wall. Site work included paving and utility within the Aeronautical area. All work

performed in a fast track pace while Terminal was fully Operational.

Projects include a Shopping Mall with 22 stores, Shopping Mall with 32 stores. Design, Build and
