I ran the front desk of the medical assistance and burial assistance program for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. I used computer programs such as microsoft word, powerpoint and excel on a daily basis. I assisted clients in completing the applications process for state funded programs such as burial assistance, qmb, and medical assistance. I logged monthly statiscal reports of clients receiving services and ran demographic information on customers for case managers. I filed and purged client records, faxed and copied reports. I am proficient in typing 80 words per minute.
