Assisting in developing annual recruitment plan according to recruitment needs and manpower plan.

Following up the fulfillment recruitment needs.

Organizing employee engagement activities and new initiatives for employee engagement and motivation

Provide employees with information about the benefits and assist them with any claim issues.

Deliver training courses

Communicate with All Departments to publish HR policies, procedures, and programs

Conduct periodic meetings with employees of all departments to discuss their problems

Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system

Maintains grading structure up to date

Maintains Oracle HRIS up to date.
