Client is Airtel, worked for Mobile, Fixed Line and Broadband services.

Customer service deals with complains and orders and also answer questions about products and services.

Technical support on Broadband related issues, network troubleshooting. Assigning DNS values, ping and check, in depth see the system issues and troubleshoot based on that.

Worked in a challenging environment for 8 hours and meeting the client's requirement by meeting the parameters such as Repeat, Tech and login hours.

Make customer understand if they have any billing queries.
