oPerform client requirement gathering, configuration, Implementation and training of HRMS software,

oProvide first-tier technical support to our customers and internal staff,

oRemain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running payroll solution,

oCommunicate with client and internal implementation team, including priorities, project status and issues,

oAssist in payroll processing in a back-up capacity.
