Con rmed the binding of DNA Origami structure to Polystyrene nano spheres, Avidin and inactivated HSV-1 virus, via Atomic Force Microscopy and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis analysis.

Utilized self-assembled DNA origami sheets, along with folic acid ligands and HSV-1 virus capsid, as a drug-delivery vector for cancer therapy research.
