Interthinx (Now a unit of First American Mortgage) (Mortgage) – Agoura Hills, California Technical Project Manager, Information Technology (February to April 2007) Scoped, planned, and controlled project activity to ensure timely and accurate delivery of consumer-facing mortgage fraud detection system modules in alignment with market strategy objectives. (Media-Automotive) – Santa Monica, California Technical Project Manager, Media - Product Management Group (February 2005 to December 2006) Managed B2C (consumer-facing) website-related development projects. Efforts included scoping, prioritizing, scheduling, and overseeing changes requested by auto manufacturers in support of their ad campaigns, as well as changes to track website user retention, and changes to support SEO marketing and A/B testing. Ensured project deliverables were within scope, quality, and time constraints. Educated the newly-formed Enterprise Planning team on IT project portfolio management best practices. Projects managed:
• Consumer-facing website interface and functionality redesign: Proposed ways to document requirements to ensure easy-to-find and easy-to-use functional and non-functional requirements specifications.
