Successfully delivered visible, large-scale web application development projects through effectively guiding business, creative, development, quality, and support teams. Interthinx (Now a unit of First American Mortgage) (Mortgage) – Agoura Hills, California Technical Project Manager, Information Technology (February to April 2007) Scoped, planned, and controlled project activity to ensure timely and accurate delivery of consumer-facing mortgage fraud detection system modules in alignment with market strategy objectives. Edmunds.com Inc. (Media-Automotive) – Santa Monica, California Technical Project Manager, Media - Product Management Group (February 2005 to December 2006) Managed B2C (consumer-facing) website-related development projects. Efforts included scoping, prioritizing, scheduling, and overseeing changes requested by auto manufacturers in support of their ad campaigns, as well as changes to track website user retention, and changes to support SEO marketing and A/B testing. Ensured project deliverables were within scope, quality, and time constraints. Educated the newly-formed Enterprise Planning team on IT project portfolio management best practices. Projects managed:

• Consumer-facing website interface and functionality redesign: Proposed ways to document requirements to ensure easy-to-find and easy-to-use functional and non-functional requirements specifications.

• Multi-media: Managed the successful implementation of a consumer-facing, monetized, multi-media viewer throughout the site (vehicle video, photos, 360 spins). Successfully brought differing sides of the house to jointly resolve vehicle data architecture issues. Also managed projects to enhance our internal vehicle digital asset management tool.

• Site search off-the-shelf implementation: Helped to obtain more favorable and measurable consulting contract terms by counseling product team on necessary deliverables consulting firm should commit to.

Marsh (A Marsh & McLennan Company) (Insurance) – New York, New York Project Manager/Business Analyst, Enterprise Technology Services (September 2001 to June 2004) Managed entire lifecycle of internet/intranet application development projects. Scheduled on and off-site resources, and ensured agreed upon milestones were met in accordance with company standards. Projects managed included:

• Custom-developed CRM system: Drove stakeholders to consensus on scope and mentored colleagues through adoption of object-oriented systems analysis method.
