Overview the Warehouse process, drawing up a Warehouse schedule.

Maintaining computerized records of incoming & outgoing data.

Planning the materials requirements for Production based on the forecast from the customer

Always safety stock need to be maintained and notification to management and customer regarding the Shortages earlier.

In case of receiving incoming with shortages and damages need to feedback to customer within 24hrs with right documents and proof.

Monitoring the Warehouse processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Responsibility for the maintenance of Materials.

Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts with data storage system on day to day basis.

Co-work with Production managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementation

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Weekly planning/booking of transport requirements for reverse pickup.
